Business and order fulfilment
WellNova operates using a dropshipping fulfilment model. Products displayed on this website are stored, packaged and shipped directly by third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners. Orders may therefore arrive in separate packages or at different times.

WellNova remains the customer's primary point of contact for order support, delivery enquiries, returns, refunds and complaints. Customers are never required to contact our suppliers directly.
