ABOUT WELLNOVA

WellNova is an online store selling everyday wellness essentials — things for movement and recovery, rest and focus, comfort and self-care. Braces and sleeves, massagers and heat wraps, fitness equipment small enough to keep in a flat, and the sort of unglamorous items that quietly make an ordinary day easier.

What we actually do
We are a small operation, not a manufacturer. We choose products from established suppliers, work through their specifications and photographs properly, and write our own product pages from what we can actually verify. When a supplier's own description conflicts with their photographs, we say so on the page rather than repeating a claim we cannot stand behind. You will find that on several of our listings, written plainly — it is not an accident.

How your order reaches you
WellNova uses a dropshipping fulfilment model. Products are stored, packed and shipped by our fulfilment partners, which is what lets a store this size carry a range this wide without marking everything up to cover a warehouse. It also means an order with several items can arrive in more than one parcel, on different days.

What it does not mean is that you are on your own. We are your only point of contact for anything to do with an order — delivery, tracking, returns, refunds, complaints. You never have to chase a supplier, and we will never tell you to.

What we will not do
Almost everything we sell sits close to health, and that is exactly where online stores tend to start over-promising. We do not. Nothing we sell is a medical device, and nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. A knee sleeve supports a knee; it does not repair one. A posture bar opens your chest while you hold it; it does not correct a spine. Where a supplier's marketing makes a medical or weight-loss claim, we leave it out. If a product is right for you medically, that is a conversation for you and a healthcare professional, not a product page.

Pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Our multi-buy discounts apply automatically at checkout — two items 10% off, three 15%, four 20%, and they do not have to be the same product. There is no code to hunt for and no countdown timer pretending the offer ends tonight.
