- Never put the gel straight against bare skin when it is frozen. Keep the fabric layer between the two.
- Check your skin during a session. Take the wrap off if it stings, goes numb or the skin turns white or bright red.
- Do not sleep in it, and do not leave cold or warm therapy on for longer than the leaflet says.
- Not for broken skin, open wounds or a rash. Do not puncture the gel core.
