WHY THIS ONE
Four things that make this usable in a rented flat
Aerial straps normally mean a ceiling hook. This one hangs on a door, which is the difference between owning one and thinking about owning one.
- It anchors over a door
- Two foam stoppers go over the top edge, you close the door, and that is the fixing. It moves to another room, or into a suitcase, in a minute.
- A broad fabric cradle
- Wide gathered fabric rather than a narrow strap, so the weight spreads instead of cutting a line across you. That is what lets you stay in a position long enough for it to count.
- Numbered straps
- The webbing is marked 1, 2, 3 so you can set the same height every time and see when a stretch has got easier. Most straps leave you guessing.
- Nothing to install
- No hooks, no bolts, no ceiling. For most people that is not a convenience, it is the only version of this that is possible at all.
HOW TO USE IT
Three steps, and test it standing first
-
1
Hang the anchors and close the door
Both foam stoppers over the top edge of a door that opens away from you, then close it fully. Check the door is properly shut and cannot be opened from the other side.
-
2
Set the strap height
Use the numbered positions to set the height you want, the same on both sides. Note the number so you can repeat it.
-
3
Test your weight gradually
Put weight on slowly while still standing, check the anchors have not shifted, and only then move into the stretch.
Follow the supplied setup instructions before use. Where they differ from anything here, follow them.
IN USE
Where it earns its place
- A doorway at home
- The main use, and it takes a minute to set up and less to pack away.
- Back and shoulder stretches
- Hanging forward through the sling to open the upper back.
- Hip and leg work
- Supported stretches that are hard to hold on the floor.
- Travel
- The whole thing folds into a bag, and any door will do.

Before you use it
- Read the supplied setup instructions before the first use, and follow them over anything written here.
- Use a solid, properly closed door that opens away from you. Never use a door that someone could open from the other side, and never a folding, sliding or glass door.
- Test your weight gradually while still standing, and check the anchors every single session, not just the first.
- Do not invert or hang upside down unless you already know how to and have someone with you. Inverted positions are not for beginners.
- Anyone with high or low blood pressure, glaucoma or eye conditions, a heart condition, a back or neck problem, or who is pregnant should not use an inversion sling without medical advice.
This is a stretching aid, not a medical device or a certified suspension system, and it does not treat any condition. Inverted positions carry real risks for some people. If you have blood pressure, eye, heart, back or neck conditions, or you are pregnant, take medical advice first.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Questions people ask
Is it safe on a normal door?
On a solid, well-hung door that opens away from you and is fully closed, the anchors are designed to hold. On a hollow, damaged, folding or glass door, no. Check the door before you check the strap, every time.
Can I hang upside down in it?
The manufacturer shows inverted positions, and people do. It is not something to try on your first session, alone, or with any of the conditions listed in the safety section. Start with supported standing stretches.
What colour will I get?
This listing ships one colour and it is the one in the main photographs. The manufacturer also makes purple, pink, green and black, sold separately. Message us if the colour matters and we will check what is in stock.
How is this different from the leg stretching strap you sell?
Completely different scale. That is a hand-held webbing strap with a foot cradle for hamstring stretches on the floor. This hangs from a door and takes your body weight.
Does it come with instructions?
Yes, setup instructions are supplied. They are the authority on how to hang and adjust it, and they are worth reading before the first session rather than after.
How does the multi-buy discount work?
It comes off on its own at checkout, with no code to type. Two items anywhere in your basket take 10% off, three take 15%, four take 20%. They do not have to be the same product.
When will it arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves. If it is not for you, unused items can be returned within 30 days — email us first for the return address.
